       "After having worked in the decorative paint business for four years, when I set out to design Elements Restaurant~ Bar I had some very specific ideas in mind. After interviewing five very qualified candidates, the clear-cut choice was Tara Burnley. Tara was able to perfectly execute the ideas I had, and come up with solutions for problems we ran into. She also made creative suggestions, both artistically and time saving. What impressed me the most was her ability to do so many different types of painting techniques with great skill and fineness.
